Ariel Bultz is an associate at Hira Rowan LLP. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Ariel articled and practiced with leading criminal defence firms in downtown Vancouver and carried a sole practice.
Ariel is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar in 2014. Ariel served as a law clerk for justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia in New Westminster and was a summer articling student with the Criminal Appeals and Special Prosecutions office of the BC Ministry of Justice. He has also presented as a panelist at an international criminal law conference and has been published in the peer-reviewed journal Criminal Law Forum.
Ariel’s litigation practice is broad ranging, including civil, criminal and administrative law. He has represented and advised clients in quasi-criminal and civil matters such as regulatory investigations and professional disciplinary proceedings.
